Administrative Assistant – Payroll

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Finance & Accounting team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

  • Prepare, process, and track all documents related to the conclusion, amendments, and termination of employment agreements
  • Complete and keep employees’ personnel files in accordance with the applicable legislation, state requirements and regulations, and the internal company policy
  • Participate in the overall payroll process
  • Track and process sick leaves and time-off documentation
  • Complete various types of official notes and certificates upon request
  • Prepare reports for the management
  • Communicate with employees in regards to their employment and personal files
  • Communicate with the health and safety service
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant education or university degree
  • Knowledge of the Bulgarian Labor Code and related legislation
  • Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Word/Excel and Google applications
  • Well organized, flexible, and with attention to detail person
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Responsible and team-oriented person
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
