Business Operations Administrator

For our Business Operations team, we are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator who will be working with a diverse team of professionals in support of the company mission and vision. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, supporting, and maintaining MentorMate’s internal business systems to facilitate seamless value delivery to our clients.

What you will do
  • Work as a liaison between legal, staffing, business systems, and other departments to develop, manage, and execute processes in support of key business goals
  • Perform data entry and analysis to ensure alignment between MentorMate’s accounting, ERP, and sales operations tools
  • Work directly with senior leaders across the company to define, create, update, and distribute reports on business operations data
  • Support MentorMate’s monthly invoicing process with reports, notifications, progress tracking, and manual corrections/overrides
  • Provide administrative support within the Business Operations team when needed
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role (preferably with accounting)
  • 1+ years of experience working and administrating Google Spreadsheets/ Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience with Netsuite OpenAir, Atlassian, Jira will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to the detail and ability to work with limited supervision
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and strong analytical mindset
