Learning & Development Specialist

A custom development company, MentorMate is a design and software powerhouse with mature and established practices in Enterprise Web & Mobile Development, Human-Centered Design, Cloud & DevOps, Advanced Data Мanagement & Analytics. 

We are looking for motivated individuals with at least 3 years of soft skills training delivery experience, preferably in an IT company, as well as leadership potential and a desire to step into a key role in one of the biggest software engineering organizations in Europe. 

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will deliver key programs and courses focused on building MentorMate’s culture and leadership. You will also support the improvement of the soft skills training programs to adapt to the multi-national company environment and be involved in the new content development process.

You will
  • Deliver a portfolio of soft skills training topics to all teams globally
  • Assess leadership potential for participation in the company’s next-generation training and facilitate the program
  • Create engaging and interesting training content that meets the business goals of the company
  • Work closely and consult internal software talent trainers on improving the overall training experience
  • Suggest new approaches to training delivery while regularly interacting with site leaders, Directors, and VPs
What you need to have
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in conducting soft skills training in a global environment 
  • Experience in training administration and events management.
  • Experience in creating e-learning content
  • L&D vibe - passion for working on various learning projects from junior development programs to technical upskilling
  • Flexible mindset - as a team, we brainstorm new ideas and support their implementation, and autonomously accomplish necessary results.
  • Excellent spoken and written English
