Staffing Coordinator

We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator who will support our Quality Engineering team. The main role of the Staffing Coordinator is to place the right talent at the right time onto MentorMate projects. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where communication and timing are important.

Core responsibilities
  • Identify, proposе, and place the right team into a project
  • Preparе and distributе staff CVs for client review
  • Schedule interviews when applicable
  • Work with our supply and demand tools to identify the best candidate for any given project opening
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining employee skills, experience, and competencies
  • Partner with leads and managers to successfully introduce and facilitate onboarding for project team members
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to define and refine the hiring needs
  • Partner with business development and account management to communicate status, plans, and timelines on project staffing
Requirements
  • 1+ years in an administrative role requiring cross-department coordination and communication
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Problem-solver, critical thinker, analytical mindset
  • Empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence
