HR Intern

As MentorMate is growing, so does our HR team. The position is part of the People Experience & Operations function. We are looking for an HR Assistant who will provide support in our daily operations and in diverse projects. 

We will be happy to welcome someone who is eager to start a career path in the HR field and wants to be part of a team that is focused on delivering first-class HR service & consultancy.

Responsibilities
  • Administrate and coordinate benefit programs (flexible benefits package, gamification project, gift packages, discounts, and others)
  • Maintain partnerships with vendors
  • Conduct research on benefit improvements
  • Coordinate the performance review process and ensure its quality
  • Provide help in the internal job openings process
  • Organize events in our Sofia office
  • Assist the organization of company-wide initiatives
  • Answer daily queries from colleagues
  • Take part in other ad-hoc projects
  • The position will be further developed according to the candidate’s interest and company needs
Requirements
  • Very good English (verbal and written)
