About the position The Office Assistant’s position is a diverse role at MentorMate, whose mission is to take care of our community and important everyday processes. The role reports to the HR Manager and the Office Manager in Veliko Tarnovo and provides support to all departments and team members. The working hours of the office are between 12 and 8 pm. The Office Assistant will have 4 core working hours mainly between 12 and 4 pm.
