MentorMate is seeking a Remote Enterprise Architect. This role is primarily responsible for supporting clients with their technical architecture and design needs, especially with larger enterprise accounts that we believe have significant long-term prospects for MentorMate. Your presence in proposing large enterprise-scale engagements will be critical to its success. You have experience in working with large corporations in understanding their long term technology vision and be able to provide high quality consulting towards that vision. You will mentor our Technical Solutions Architects in learning about new emerging patterns and reviewing uncommon proposed architectures. Responsibilities Include Provide leadership and mentoring to team members in defining and refining the technical architecture for the solution during the proposing and define phase of a project, including reuse and refinement of reference architectures Provide technical thought leadership to clients and internal staff on MentorMate’s portfolio and help drive consistency with solution architecture for projects across multiple clients Champion the definition of the technical architecture for MentorMate clients and project teams Drive the creation of the MentorMate Reference Architecture framework Assist clients and project teams with the implementation of the proposed solutions and support of the CI/CD pipeline Be an internal and external champion for strong technical architecture, including consistency and standardization, when applicable Work with account and project management to identify new needs for clients and propose how MentorMate’s solutions can add value This role will have both billable and non-billable work with clients. The amount of billable work will be roughly 50%-75%, with periods of 100% on larger engagements Non-billable work may include an architecture definition of products and services that MentorMate offers.
