Administrative Assistant, Marketing and Talent Acquisition

Our strong and flexible Marketing & Talent Acquisition team is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Unlike simply filling seats, we are responsible for an ongoing process that tends to raise awareness and promote MentorMate as an employer of choice across the software community in Bulgaria and beyond. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all phases of the interview process, including scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
  • Be the owner of MentorMate's job postings
  • Coordinate communication with local and international partners concerning updates on application status, interview organization, placement, and dismissals 
  • Coordinate and support the team in organizing and attending events including transportation, preparing merch and branding materials, communication with partners, and others 
  • Act as the main point of contact for contract signing with new employees and act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, and Legal department 
  • Coordinate tasks and workflow with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing team members
  • Work with internal tools and systems to keep all information organized
  • Support the marketing team in their SEO efforts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation as per approved processes
  • Support the Marketing & Talent Acquisition team members with duties
Requirements
  • Previous position in a similar role will be considered a strong advantage 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bulgarian and English
  • Very good MS Excel and/or Google applications skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong self-management skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude
  • Experience in the IT industry will be considered a strong advantage
