Global Director of Project Management MentorMate is seeking a Global Director of Project Management (GDPM) to lead and direct a best-in-class team of project management professionals across the globe. Based primarily in the USA and Easten Europe today, our project management team works with a diverse set of clients and projects to deliver on time, with quality, and on budget. The GDPM will be responsible for leading, retaining, growing, mentoring, managing and coaching a team of project managers in pursuit of best-in-class project management services. The GDPM will also be responsible for development and operationalization of best practices and standards that lead to excellence in project management service delivery. The GDPM will partner with cross-functional teams in Account Management, Client Strategy, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other Operations units to align the project management function with organizational strategic objectives and deliver consistently positive outcomes on technical project delivery. Reports to the Global Vice President of Operations. Additionally, the GDPM is accountable for internal performance metrics of the Project Management team, including utilization, margin, retention, and employee satisfaction.
