Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our strong and flexible Marketing & Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Unlike simply filling seats, we are responsible for an ongoing process that tends to raise awareness and promote MentorMate as an employer of choice across the software community in Bulgaria.

You’ll enjoy the challenge of supporting hiring initiatives through creatively sourcing potential candidates, interviewing applicants, and guiding them through the hiring process. You’ll be fueling our growth by finding talent to shape MentorMate’s future.

Your role will be to
  • Source our future top talents on multiple platforms
  • Connect candidates with our hiring managers and arrange phone and/or online interviews
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate the interviewees
  • Take care of candidate profiles in our applicant tracking system
  • Make sure applicants are having an excellent experience
  • Build healthy relationships with current and prospective candidates
  • Take part in the organization of initiatives and events held by MentorMate
  • Help us find new creative ways to enhance our employer branding efforts and positive image in the software community
You need to
  • Be passionate about recruiting outstanding talent
  • Have IT recruitment experience (a strong advantage)
  • Have very good English writing and communication skills, including an impeccable Bulgarian
  • Be able to prioritize and organize your tasks independently
  • Possess a creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box
  • Act proactively in different situations
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent (an advantage)
