MentorMate Design team is looking to hire a Lead Designer who will work along with our team to design, implement and extend groundbreaking mobile, web, and custom software experiences for a wide range of clients. As a Lead Designer at MentorMate, you will be working on enterprise web and mobile applications and will be responsible for ensuring that a proven design process and all best practices are being followed. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in favor of creating intuitive human-centered design that meet and exceed expectations. This position requires an experienced, hands-on designer that will participate in the end-to-end software development process, from early design strategy to discovery workshops and feature definition, to pixel-perfect execution of visual designs.
