Senior Digital Marketer

We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Marketer who will help us elevate our employer brand across multiple platforms, use diverse tools to raise awareness and promote MentorMate’s culture and services. As part of our Marketing and Talent Acquisition team, you’ll get to work closely with an experienced set of professionals in digital marketing, content writing, design, as well as with talent acquisition experts and software developers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and ongoing optimization for MentorMate’s digital marketing channels
  • Develop and work on our PR strategy and our communication tactics
  • Organize external webinars and podcasts which set standards from start to finish
  • Participate in the design, development, and content updating of MentorMate’s websites
  • Be the guardian of all the automation processes we use to drive relevant traffic and applications
  • Outperform the industry standards when it comes to email blasts
  • Manage tactical execution of content and digital marketing strategies including development of publication/posting/emailing and tracking
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from content you put out through social media, email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and other initiatives
  • Stay on top of all the information coming out of MentorMate, help craft that information into a consistent story, and distribute that story across multiple channels and platforms
  • Find creative and new ways to enhance our employer branding efforts and positive image among the software community
  • Be the bridge that connects people in departments across the company, helping them maintain publishing and reposting cadence that works for them — and for others
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bulgarian and English
  • A tech-savvy person who wants to deepen their knowledge and learn more every day
  • Experience with popular digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads/ LinkedIn Ads/ Google Ads)
  • Experience in distributing press releases and reaching out to media
  • Experience thinking differently and finding ways to present ideas that no one will be expecting
  • A passion for creative marketing tactics that generate leads
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be proactive, data-driven, punctual, and work with minimum direction
  • Experience supporting brands publicly via digital marketing
Nice to have
  • Experience with any marketing automation platform/ CRM (Hubspot or other)
  • Experience with any CMS (WordPress or other)
  • Experience with any Event management platform (Eventbrite/ MeetUp/ Zoom)
  • SEO and latest best practices
  • Experience with any analytics tools (Google Analytics or other)
