Content Marketing Artist

We’re looking for a brilliant content artist to join our Marketing team at MentorMate. In this role, you’ll help bring together all the threads of a story and weave engaging narratives across multiple platforms to raise awareness and promote MentorMate’s culture and services.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to use content not (just) to fire metric-raising clickbait out into the ether, but to tell coherent cross-platform stories that people want to follow – whether it’s how we can use an engineering blog post to support an ad campaign, to expand our contribution to a tech event оr to drive engagement to our websites.

Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, and schedule content for both internal and external audiences, including website, social media, blog posts, advertisements, press releases, news articles, and more 
  • Assist with creating and updating company website content in alignment with MentorMate goals and strategy 
  • Build and execute newsletters for both internal and internal communication
  • Develop copy for communication tactics designed to drive engagement and new leads
  • Collaborate across all levels of leadership and development to create awesome technical and non-technical content
  • Provide editorial support to various content contributors within MentorMate
  • Support us in finding creative and new ways to use content to enhance our employer branding and business development efforts 
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for new digital media opportunities and stay up-to-date on developments and trends in digital marketing
Requirements
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English 
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of content development best practices based on copy, creative, and placement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing, grammar, and proof-reading skills
  • A passion for creative storytelling
  • Experience thinking differently and finding ways to present ideas that no one will be expecting
  • Ability to be proactive, data-driven, punctual, and work with minimum direction
