Talent Acquisition Intern Our strong and flexible Marketing & Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern. Your day to day work will be to Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, employee referrals, and other sources Assist with recruitment process including resume screening, scheduling interviews, administering evaluations, and interviewing candidates Assist with maintaining applicant tracking database and candidate pipeline Provide application and interview feedback to candidates Ensure the candidate experience is positive and seamless and no candidate is left without communication Assist Talent Acquisition team with other tasks when needed Go through internal soft and tech skills trainings to support your professional development to a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist position You need to Be passionate about recruiting outstanding talent and have a strong desire to grow professionally in this field Have very good English writing and communication skills, including an impeccable Bulgarian Be able to prioritize and organize your tasks independently Possess a creative mindset and the ability to think outside of the box Act proactively in different situations Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent (an advantage) How to apply Send us your CV in English After applying, you’ll receive a video assignment via email.
