MentorMate Recognized On MSP Biz Journal’s 2012 Fast 50 List

MentorMate has been recognized for its swift growth by placing on the 2012 Inc. 5000, the 2012 Flyover 50, and, now, the 2012 Minneapolis-St. Paul Biz Journal Fast 50 list.

Minneapolis, MN – October 19, 2012 – The Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal has released its annual Fast 50 list of fastest-growing private companies in Minnesota. MentorMate, an up-and-coming web and mobile application development firm, placed 7th on the list in its first year of recognition.

This marks the 14th year the Fast 50 list has been toasting Minnesota companies and their success. To be considered, honorees need to show three full fiscal years worth of steady revenue growth with sales totaling at least $2 million in 2011.

2012 has been a rewarding year for MentorMate, both literally and figuratively. The company’s three year growth rate of 223.76% is compelling evidence to support the rising demand for businesses and organizations to embrace mobile. When asked about adjusting for a steady workload increase, MentorMate’s CEO and Founder, Björn Stansvik, responded by mentioning his strategy for finding talented employees, adding, “We operate a Mobile Academy complete with teachers, curriculum, and classrooms.
