Introducing the MentorMate Enterprise Architecture Team We recently restructured our Solutions team into two different business units and further emphasized enterprise architecture. Minneapolis, MN, 03.04.2021 /PRNEWS/ — As MentorMate has grown over the past few years — and with 2020 being a record-breaking year in more ways than one — we’ve continually evolved our structure and capabilities to best suit the needs of our clients. To support that continued growth, we recently restructured our Solutions team into two different business units and further emphasized enterprise architecture. Our new Client Strategy team, led by Director of Client Strategy, Aaron Whitney, remains focused on growing new business opportunities. Our Enterprise Architecture team, led by VP of Enterprise Architecture, David Tran, further matures MentorMate’s enterprise architecture practices. This new team also supports the project life cycle from proposal through project delivery and maintains the relationship with enterprise clients. “As MentorMate attracts and retains more enterprise clients, our focus is on working with those clients to understand how the code we write fits into their overall ecosystem,” says Tran. “Then, we help them frame technology roadmaps and plan out other components of their architecture. As their technology partner, we advise them on how their overall technology footprint will evolve over time to meet business needs.” The creation of the Enterprise Architecture team, along with the recent expansion of our design capabilities, is the latest step in our commitment to enterprise clients. “Design and architecture go hand in hand when building an effective solution,” continues Tran. “Great design without solid architecture carries the risk of creating something user-friendly that’s very expensive to build. On the other hand, the right architecture without good design incurs the risk of building something that nobody wants to use. By having world-class capabilities in both, we deliver enterprise-grade solutions to our clients.” Share Share on Facebook Share on LinkedIn Share on Twitter
