Stefan embarked on his career in the pre-mobile era, starting as a skilled software engineer for MacOS. With the introduction of the first iPhone in 2007, a new chapter unfolded in his professional journey, igniting a profound passion for mobile development.
One of Stefan’s primary responsibilities at MentorMate was establishing, nurturing, and expanding the mobile practice. This effort led to significant milestones, including the establishment of the first Mobile Academy in Bulgaria and the creation of the MobCon conference, culminating in Stefan building the largest mobile team in the country.
As the Director of Mobile Engineering, Stefan collaborates closely with his team to deliver high-quality, interactive, innovative, and effective solutions that meet our clients’ business needs. What truly gratifies him is MentorMate’s role in enabling over 50 of our clients to successfully connect with millions of mobile users and enhance their lives.
When not optimizing software development processes and fostering team growth, Stefan dedicates time to fine-tuning his IoT setup at home. He also enjoys precious moments with his wife, son, and daughter, or indulges in some personal time biking along the trails in the nearby mountains.
