Krisi began her career journey as a Talent Acquisition specialist back in 2013. In only three years, she managed to excel from a Junior to Lead Recruiter, specializing in recruiting software talent.
She joined MentorMate in 2016 as a Talent Acquisition Expert and continued to evolve her professional skills. Soon after joining the company, she took a Lead role that transitioned into her current position as Talent Acquisition Manager. Krisi has played a significant part in creating and executing MentorMate’s hiring and talent training initiatives, such as DevTalks, DevCamp, Partner Network, and many more.
She works closely with the management team to understand their hiring needs, plans recruitment strategies for attracting new talents to the company, and manages a great candidate experience and seamless communication at each stage of the process. Together with our marketing team, she works on campaigns to raise awareness and promote MentorMate as an employer of choice across Bulgaria’s software community and beyond.
She is the main force behind the growth and mentoring of MentorMate’s Talent Acquisition team. She refers to that as her most significant professional achievement and the greatest part of her work.
In her free time, she enjoys sipping wine, cooking pizza and pasta, and discovering beautiful Greek beaches.
