Program

  • 01

    Customized training program and individual career development plan
    In the first month of your employment with MentorMate, you will go through a customized training program and will be matched to and work with a personal, highly experienced mentor from our team. You will develop your leadership skills while completing our specially designed trainings in Client Satisfaction and Communication, Technical Leadership, Working with Enterprise Clients, Mentoring skills, Tasks Delegation, and Interviewing skills. You will get a deeper understanding of processes and roles by going through the following trainings: Quality Assurance Side of Software Development, Design Side of Software Development, User story and Design Analysis, and Scrum. You will improve your personal effectiveness with our trainings in Presentation skills, Keys to productivity, Effective remote teamwork, and Giving and receiving feedback.
     
    On top of that, you will have access to an individual training budget of up to 1024 BGN to develop your skill set further. At the end of the month, we’ll develop a 6-24 months individual career development plan to accelerate your growth at MentorMate.

    Practical experience as a technical lead on a real project
    After the training program, you will enter a real client’s project and gain experience working in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will have the opportunity to work on world-class software solutions for some of the leading companies on the market – AstraZeneca, UnitedHealth Group, Royal Bank of Canada, Junior Achievement, and many more in industries such as healthcare, finance, education, and others. You Need to Have…

  • PROFICIENCY IN AT LEAST ONE: .NET, JAVA, PHP, RUBY, PYTHON, IOS, ANDROID, CLOUD, DEVOPS, AUTOMATION QA OR JAVASCRIPT WITH ANGULAR, VUE.JS, REACT, REACT NATIVE, NODE.JS
  • Ability to develop a flexible and robust platform architecture to support changing business requirements
  • Desire to learn and passion for seeking engineering excellence, quality, and adopting new technologies
  • Ability to find the optimal solution for technical problems
  • Strong knowledge of front-end or back-end design patterns
  • Experience in developing cross-browser/multi-platform web applications
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Delivery focused, self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent spoken and written English
