Spotlight: Ivaylo Kostadinov, Director of Software Development

In his role as Director of Software Development, Ivaylo works with his managers and helps everyone on the .NET team excel at their jobs. MentorMate’s .NET department consists of around 100 people, a big part of whom are full-stack developers doing both front end and back end. There are also database experts and Xamarin developers. Ivaylo sees cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) as a next step for the .NET team. In the past years, the team has worked a lot in these directions, organizing training sessions on cloud and AI and certifying the developers in the biggest cloud solution providers. Outside of office hours, he loves to spend time with his son and play tennis.
