Spotlight: Stefan Tsyvatkov, iOS Software Development Manager

As our iOS Software Development Manager, Stefan consults with clients, estimates projects, and ensures the successful delivery of all of our iOS projects. He’s also responsible for hiring iOS developers, evaluating them, and guiding their professional growth within MentorMate. Working with leads on his team, he makes sure we’re achieving the best results from the talent that we have. Stefan started at MentorMate in 2011 when our Sofia office was a small and cozy apartment with about 30 people working in it. As the company grew from that apartment to a larger office and finally to the seven-story building we currently call home, Stefan was hard at work growing our iOS capabilities.

Outside of Mentormate, Stefan a lot of things like going to see movies and home automation projects using Raspberry Pi computers. In the last few years, however, he hasn’t much time for those hobbies as he now spends a lot of time with his son.
