Spotlight: Silviya Petrova, Business Analyst Manager

As MentorMate’s Business Analyst Manager, Silviya Petrova leads our BA team to ensure that they’re meeting the needs of our clients. She’s also responsible for the department’s strategy, interviewing, hiring, and organizing team events. Silviya first joined MentorMate in 2012 as our sole BA. After wrapping up the project she was hired for, she set out to prove to other clients the value that offshore business analysis can offer. And prove it, she did. Today, our BA team is rapidly growing and constantly in demand from clients.

Outside of work, Silviya enjoys spending time with her family. You’ll often find her on bike rides, playing football or badminton with her two sons.
