Spotlight: Vasil Nonchev, Software Development Manager As a Software Development Manager, Vasil Nonchev is responsible for developing and mentoring MentorMate’s Java team. Meet Vasil Nonchev, or Vasko. Vasko is one of our Software Development Managers and has been with MentorMate since 2014. He’s responsible for the development of our Java team and the people in it, as well as helping our clients to be successful by providing them with technical knowledge. What he loves the most about MentorMate are the people he works with. He spends most of his free time playing with his son and daughter, or reading technical books.
