Spotlight: Viktoria Chuchumisheva, HR Manager As HR Manager, Viktoria is responsible for leading our human resources team and ensuring that MentorMate is a people-oriented organization. Viktoria Chuchumisheva started at MentorMate six years ago as an HR Generalist. Now, as HR Manager, she oversees the human resources team and is responsible for maintaining MentorMate’s people-oriented approach. Since MentorMate’s business relies on peoples’ skills, knowledge, attitudes, and relationships they build with clients, we have a unique culture of opportunities and support. Our HR team’s mission is to nourish this culture and adapt all internal processes according to company business goals. Viktoria’s team is responsible for consulting MentorMate’s leadership team about people management practices as well as onboarding new employees, learning and development initiatives, company events, benefits, administration, and internal communication. One of the main things Viktoria likes about working at MentorMate is how much the company has grown since she started. At that time, MentorMate had around 200 employees. Now, we are over 600 strong. This creates a lot of opportunities for personal and professional growth. During this period of expansion, Viktoria’s team has implemented different processes and new practices, to support our growth and new team members. Outside of MentorMate, Viktoria volunteers in the Able Mentor Project, a program for individual mentorship of high school students. The program connects students with working professionals in order to help them to decide what kind of career path they want to follow. Being a volunteer helps keep Viktoria a humble and open-minded person because the program introduced her to many different people from various professions and backgrounds. In her spare time, she likes to play tennis and dance salsa. Tags CultureCompany Share Share on Facebook Share on LinkedIn Share on Twitter
