Voices in Technology: Claiming Your Place at the Decision Table

Regardless of industry, technology is at the core of every business — or at least, it should be. But technology adoption and digital transformation require countless, complex decisions, affecting every level of an organization and often many people within it.

For women and underrepresented groups, having a seat at the decision-making table, let alone a voice is challenging in a world where equal representation is taking its time.

In this unique event on April 26, 2023, MentorMate brought together three technology leaders to share their career stories as women in decision-making positions. They’ll discuss the best practices of organizations they’ve worked in and offer advice for progress-seekers who want to be part of the change.
