Daniela knows that businesses thrive when company culture nurtures employee growth. As the HR Manager for MentorMate’ offices in Bulgaria, Daniela cultivates a tolerant and focused atmosphere that is invested in achieving better solutions.
Daniela was promoted three times in her last company, an online gaming firm, where she held the titles of HR Advisor, Quality Management Analyst, and Customer Service Representative. Her quest for improvement didn’t stop there. Daniela laid the foundation for performance management initiatives in MentorMate’s Bulgarian offices in 2013, and in 2017 the Bulgarian HR team was a finalist in the HR Innovation Challenge.
Whether at the office or outside of work, Daniela doesn’t shy away from learning from diverse perspectives and meeting new challenges head on. Daniela has bungee jumped, and she once spent four months traveling solo in Armenia. In the past she volunteered for AIESEC.
