Nikolay and his team are responsible for maintaining and growing the MentorMate brand’s popularity amongst Bulgaria’s tech community.
He has worked with different organizations during his 12 years of marketing and business development experience. He has participated in the creation and management of several successful E-commerce start-ups and has been a part of the marketing and management team of the largest manufacturers and operators of casino equipment. Working at McCann Erickson, he took care of major global clients such as GM, UPS, MasterCard, Siemens, etc.
The skills and capabilities of Nikolay and his team contribute to MentorMate’s growth and the hiring of exceptional new talents, strengthening the company’s brand image and targeting new business opportunities. Moreover, he is responsible for organizing events such as DevTalks – a knowledge and skill-sharing community for the Bulgarian IT industry.
In his spare time, he enjoys cooking for his family, traveling around the world, and going on walks with his son and his dog.
